As an ASTA Verified Travel Advisor, I designed custom-crafted travel itineraries based on travel styles and preferences. I worked with individuals, couples, families and friends or for groups such as businesses and clubs.

I helped small business executives to navigate their opportunities and challenges with more perspective and objectivity, enabling them to be more effective and to sharpen their leadership skills.

I owned and operated the first Home Instead Senior Care franchise in Greater Pittsburgh in Southwest Allegheny County and, subsequently, a second franchise in Washington County which provided quality nonmedical in-home care to older adults and disabled adults.

My primary role was manager of the sleep disordered breathing lab doing clinical and research work. As a volunteer, I founded and managed The A.W.A.K.E. Network — an international network of education and support groups for those affected by sleep apnea.
