Responsible for the entire HR function at the Vegan Society. Having established the Vegan Trademark, this commercially focused organisation has a fully remote workforce of 70 employees across the UK. My key responsibilities include:* Formulating, delivering and executing the HR strategy for the Society with a 5-year focus* Developing and driving a culture shift program to ensure an excellent employee experience for current and new members of staff joining the Society* Delivering the full HR service – from recruitment and onboarding to delivering training, leading on performance management, driving employee engagement and off-boarding* Coaching, training, empowering and supporting Senior Leadership and Managers in the application of HR policies and best practice* Providing monthly HR reports for Senior Leadership and Council - with a forward-looking focus, identifying both risks and opportunities for the Society and within HR whilst reporting on HR metrics* Ensuring employee rewards and incentives match the demographic of the workforce, are competitive, effective and ultimately support the wellbeing of all current and future employees* First point of contact both internally and externally for all HR queries, advice and guidance* Building awareness of the Vegan Society and brand through networking both in-person and online
