As the Managing Director of Cornerstone Care Solutions, I provide and oversee expert operational turnaround management solutions and due dilligence to the adult and children residential and nursing care sectors, as well as education and healthcare settings, with a wealth of experience in all aspects of care and compliance. I have been leading Cornerstone since 2013, and have successfully delivered bespoke services to fit the individual needs of our clients, ranging from individual providers to banks, lenders, councils, and insolvency practitioners.I also have extensive experience as a Bank CQC Inspector and Specialist Advisor, conducting inspections in various facilities, including learning disability, domiciliary care, nursing, and residential homes with dementia care, as well as hospitals and other registered services. I am able to help our clients achieve turnaround management solutions in the shortest possible time, and therefore at a reduced cost. I am strategic and have extensive operational experience, putting me in the best position to advise services on compliance and financial matters. I am a dual registered adult and mental health nurse, with over 18 years of nursing experience in various medical settings, and I hold an MSc in Leadership and Management, among other qualifications and certifications such as teaching and assessing.
