Reporting drectly to the Head of Recruitment Services my overall purpose and main responsibilities are:- To use specialist knowledge and analytical skills to develop, refine and support commercial analysis and decision making- To effectively identify, plan and co-ordinate all Recruitment projects to support change and improvements to both internal and external customers.- Review and enhance Recruitments process and systems, this includes working with 3rd parties to communicate key messages ensuring the final solution meets all set business objectives and requirements- Develop and produce ad hoc reporting to enable informed assessment of current process, future trials, and any new developments aimed at improving the quality of decisions made. Aiming to improve the internal recruitment experience and candidate journey.- To effectively manage the Recruitment budget across Head Office and the Retail estate, identifying areas for cost savings - Proactively identify Recruitment / HR Services opportunities. This will include the utilisation of a number of 3rd party solutions to improve our current systems. E.g. ATS Systems, Agencies, Aggregators and a range of other suppliers in this industry.- Drive agreed change plans, and involve all appropriate parties to deliver against plan.

Initially employed on a temporary basis as a Recruitment Consultant, I have since been the Recruitment Administrator for the Sales Consultant, Retail Management and Head Office Team.Overall Purpose:• To ensure I deliver an exceptional service and administrative support to the recruitment team, primarily focused on filling vacancies efficiently, whilst ensuring all applicants enjoy a high quality professional experience throughout• To ensure all recruitment service administrative processes are robust, effective and constantly improved and to assist in the development of high quality recruitment practices.• To Support the back-end process of the HR function at all times to ensure processes run efficiently.
