Hello! I'm Lucy. I'm a graduate in Communication Design at the University of Portsmouth. Previously a Store Manager for Co-op Food. I worked for Co-op for 15 years, performing a range of roles in numerous stores. In 2016 I completed the Team Leader Development Course, earning a Promotion to Team Manager. I have been placed in several stores with the objective of improving standards. I feel that I am good at working with my team and bringing the best from them. My strength lies in helping them to work smarter and more efficiently. The improvements quickly become apparent in the store. I have recently completed the Retail Team Leader Apprenticeship earning a distinction.I have now been in my new role as Welcome Manager and Fundraising Volunteer Manager for the National Trust Stourhead since May 2021.Outside of work, I have a keen interest in art and photography. I like to go walking and visiting waterfalls around the country. I enjoy live music and have been to several festivals. My creative and adventurous nature aids me in my work, such that I can create attractive displays and make anywhere I work look and feel welcoming for both the team and customers.
