- Data Analysis: integrate, analyze, and evaluate data on inventory and sales performance metrics, including trends for products.- Operations Management: assist Finance and HR Dept. with operational tasks, such as quota/target setting and monthly attainment checking for over 300 sales reps; ASC/POS assignment management, policy execution, attendance management, generate report for regional managers' weekly store visit, etc. - Program Management: coordinate and monitor the ongoing programs; facilitate the communication between program owners and sales reps.- KPI Management: consolidate and calculate the quarterly KPI scores for individual sales reps based on the Performance Review Items; analyze and record the trends.- System Management: maintain user access and POS assignment within different internal systems for over 300 users; follow up with the IS&T Dept. for technical issues and interim solutions; participate in User Acceptance Testing Programs for system updates and new launches.- Event planning: coordinate details of conferences/annual dinners; negotiate with vendors regarding quotations and contracts; calculate budgets and raise purchase orders; prepare meeting agendas and send out invitations; monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met; coordinate event logistics.
