This was my first role at BNZ; supporting a workforce of 1000+ with day-to-day software suite admin and finance management, leading Core Compliance (BS11) processes, status reporting, monthly test account Audits, raising Purchase Orders and completing Goods Receipting, Leading staff Onboarding, Offboarding, and People Moves, and event organisation. Key Achievements: Lead on Software Sourcing piece of work to drive better organisational consistency, SME on BS11 software compliance, setting up brand new processes for Onboarding, creating enterprise efficiencies through the implementation of Incident Response and Event Management tooling (xMatters).At first this was a Contractor role and position, which I was later successful in securing full-time permanent placement.

This was just a short-term casual role while travelling.

This role was particularly focused around the retention of current customers and included some outbound call management and follow up as well as relationship management. Sales KPI’s and other core call metrics were a key focus to success in this role.

This was a casual employment role working for the Smart Group on a Customer Campaign for a large Energy Company in Australia. This was a Sales based Contact Centre role. It began as outbound cold calling then progressed into inbound calls, and then later onto sales retention. This role was heavily focused on signing up new customers to their energy deals where KPI and call metrics were a major Performance Indicator. The campaign was winding down which led me on to my next career experience at Origin Energy in Melbourne, Australia.
