In addition to business development, this position worked to source applicants, build employer relationships, and brand creation of the startup.Key Accomplishment• Developed internationally based interviews which served anywhere from 4-8 employers per trip, to participate in interviews based in Morocco. Interviews were held both in-person in Morocco and via video with hundreds of candidates. Within 2 years, we conducted 8 trips resulting in almost 200 hires.

With a constant challenge of finding mid-level management with correct certifications, I worked with the Executive-Chef to develop an apprenticeship program. The apprenticeship allowed Whistler Blackcomb employees to complete their Red Seal certification via distance education, free of cost, while working at Whistler Blackcomb. Not only did this initiative help us find top-of-funnel talent, it also created succession planning and reduced churn within our F&B back of house teams.
