I am a Hampshire based Advisor working with owner managed businesses across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, property, professional services and agriculture. I have over 20 years experience working with a wide variety of clients and have a wealth of knowledge to assist in dealing with those matters that are important to my clients. Alongside the necessary compliance cycle I work on tax and advisory support to deliver a complete service.I work with my client on tax planning including remuneration strategy, exit and succession, IHT, property transactions and use of trusts.I also offer advisory services supporting my clients as they run their businesses, taking the form of reviewing MI requirements, plans to incentivise key staff, interpretation of results, company valuations and forecasting.
