Co-Chair Feb 2018-May 2023:Set out 3 priority themes for my tenure - Learning, Research and Community - alongside “advocating for the EE profession” and in that time we:- Developed the inaugural Employer Engagement Research study and report into effectiveness of EE activity - a partnership between AGCAS and ISE – which has grown and iterated, and is still a helpful pre-pandemic baseline, as well as a relevant hot topic, today: https://lnkd.in/eHUVXYfE- Designed and delivered the first suite of peer-led EE training: Introduction to EE, Developing EE in the Curriculum, Creating and implementing online events and Effective stakeholder engagement. The Introduction course is welcoming its 3rd cohort in May 2023 and I'm sure there will be more to come: https://lnkd.in/ePwkfWZ6- Set up and run 2 Employer Engagement Conferences, pre-pandemic and supported bringing EE content into the Annual Conferences.- Coordinated regular Employer Engagement forums and webinars, during the pandemic, to bring the community together to learn, share and support each other in that super challenging time.- Continued to support this community building and best practice sharing through 2 Employer Engagement focused Phoenix and ongoing forums https://lnkd.in/ee3QUNdi- Created proposal for the Board for regional Employer Engagement groups to support membership and governance across the network
