Leading on coursework across ED6’s A Level programme (excluding BTEC), including overseeing deadlines and student progress. As part of this role, I will be working closely with ECTs joining our team to develop their knowledge and confidence in delivering and assessing NEAs.Leading on EPQ, delivering the Edexcel specification. Responsible for running the qualification, internal moderation, and working alongside another member of staff to deliver the qualification.

I am currently following the Edexcel exam board for both subjects. For History, I am delivering Route G (Italy option) and Option 31. For Politics, I am delivering Feminism as my non-core political ideology and Global Politics for P3.I am responsible for the planning and management of both courses, including monitoring KPIs relevant to both student progression and college management. History currently boasts a 100% pass rate at ED6, and our first examinations for Politics will be in 2025.

I am currently following Edexcel A Level History (Route G, paper 31) and AQA A Level Sociology (Culture and Identity and Beliefs in Society).I also have experience of delivering Level 3 Applied Certificate in Criminology and EPQ.Experienced IQA for A Level English Language, English Literature, EPQ, Access to HE and Level 3 Applied Certificate and Diploma in Criminology.External examiner.Teacher Ambassador for UK Parliament.From September 2023, I will be introducing and leading A Level Politics (Edexcel - Feminism and Global Politics) at ED6.

I have covered a number of subjects including History, Maths, Geography and English. This has included long-term and consistent cover for History, Maths and Geography. across KS3 and 4. During this, I have also been responsible for planning and creating lessons and resources by working with HODs/Class Teachers.I have also been responsible for my own Year 8 History class, teaching The British Empire and Slavery to 30 students. I was responsible for planning and regular marking of books and assessments.I was a tutor for a Year 8 tutor group with the highest number of sanctions across the academy. By building positive relationships, I helped improve academic performance and reduced the number of sanctions across the tutor group. For 2021/22, I will be a Y7 tutor.I have engaged in the ECT programme at Outwood, allowing me to develop and reflect with other early career teachers, alongside a number of other CPD programmes.I am responsible for ensuring all teacher absences within the academy are covered. This has allowed me to develop my communication and interpersonal skills and as such I have developed positive and supportive relationships with a number of supply agencies. I also regularly work alongside class teachers and Heads of Departments to ensure effective teaching happens during staff absences.

- Maintaining OSCA scores and reaching targets each week- Performing a gap chase each shift to ensure that off sale products are ordered back in to store and that PIs are correct- Updating stock levels as and when required- Ensuring that stock is kept on sale at required levels- Complying with security guidelines in tagging items £5< and ensuring that all items that fit this criteria are suitably tagged-Trained and very familiar with the new CAP process and using MyProductivity as well as SMART

Delivering the AQA A Level History modules 2S: The Making of Modern Britain, 1951 - 2007 and 1K: The Making of a Superpower: USA, 1865 - 1975 to two first year classes. My duties include preparing and delivering lessons based on AQA’s scheme of work and individual student needs as well as preparing and marking in-class assessments. I also run weekly intervention sessions for students who are falling behind or feel that they are struggling.

Undertaking observations of A Level History classes and small group work in preparation for my PGCE beginning in September 2019.
