My role included: • Collecting and distributing prescriptions to patients responsibly.• Requesting prescriptions by phoning surgeries, quickly and efficiently. • Liaising between patients, pharmacists, dispensers, surgeries. • Having a knowledge of other medication on the shop floor while helping customers locate items. • Dealing with queries and helping solve problems quickly. • Filing medications away in the appropriate manner both in retrieval and on the shelves. • Disposing of old medication both normal and controlled drugs.
