About Lucy Collins

Supporting companies in their quest to place users at the centre of their online world. Passionate about the power of user evidence and the importance of online accessibility. With a decade of experience in the UX space, my mission is to prioritise the needs of users while balancing the needs of our clients' organisations to create online experiences that are accessible, functional, and enjoyable for users. As a business leader, I am an advocate for creating a company culture that prioritises balance and the well-being of my staff alongside the opportunity for growth and development. I intend to use this platform to share my experiences of the UX world, the realities of running a small business and promote the voices of the people we work with.
