Key Responsibilitieso Sole responsibility for all transmission delivery within the IBC programo Providing information to the engineering team for input into the detailed designo Placing transmission orders with suppliers (Telstra, Dark Fibre)o Organising site access for field teams (airports, stadiums, shopping centres, hospitals)o Ensuring all documentation and testing had been completed to enable the technical team to bring the sites ‘live’o Providing timely site delivery status reporting o Producing and distributing the weekly schedule to all vendorso Collating results and progress reports from the vendors to update the internal scheduleo Producing and releasing the updated project schedule to all major stakeholders within the businesso Liaising with stakeholders and the project team to ascertain priorities and drive the site delivery, in accordance with the agreed plano Ensuring sites were being delivered within budget and timeframeo Chairing weekly vendor meetings and taking minutes

Key Responsibilitieso Controlling and managing end-to-end activity of the In Building Coverage Transmission projecto Liaising weekly with the nominated Transmission supplier and driving deliveryo Coordinating all activities during the following phases; implementation, procurement, logistics, scheduling, invoicing, acceptance, resource engagement and customer reportingo Supporting senior management by:o Updating the daily project schedule and monthly billing reporto Generating financial reports for customers o Responsible for creating process documents and maps, developing skill matrixes and liaising with HR to create review processo Assisting Project Managers in day to day adhoc dutieso Circulating management minutes for internal and external customer meetingso Training and mentoring new starters in the Project Teamo Selected for secondment to another team in Kordia to assist with building processes and governance in APLNG (Origin Energy) project.
