- To plan and deliver a diverse portfolio of events in both Burlington House and Burlington Gardens for corporate members and sponsors

A member of the committee responsible for sourcing and determining new venue members for UVL. This position involves attending committee meetings, discovering and recommending new venues, carrying out site visits and meeting with prospective venue members.

- Manage from beginning to the end all UK-based meetings and events for Tate’s International Council and Acquisitions Committees, all Legacy events across all Tate sites, as well as thank you dinners, tours, and receptions for Collection supporters - Work closely with the Collections & International Events Manager in the delivery of the international trip programmes (around 7 a year) - To assist in the delivery of the programmes of activities organised around key international art fairs - To work with the Collections & International Events Manager as well as with the Collections and curatorial teams to design and plan a programme of activities for all Acquisitions Committees and International Council

- Supporting all third party fundraising for The Haven- Planning and running all community events - Main contact for those undertaking a fundraising challenge supporting The London Haven- Managing our volunteers by advertising opportunities to our database, managing responses and organising responsibilities for events- Use of Progress database and competent use of Microsoft Office

- Organising, planning and promoting a range of charity events- Sourcing and managing volunteers for various events and managing community fundraisers- Managing collection tins in the local area as well as fortnightly bucket collections at London Underground stations- Proficient use of Progress database, Microsoft Office and Outlook.

- Responsible for supporting members of the Corporate Relations team- Writing draft sponsorship proposals and correspondence letters- Research into existing and potential sponsors- Telephone, email and face-to-face interaction with internal and external stakeholders- Analysing exhibition event lists and identifying potential sponsors- Competent use of Raiser's Edge

- Bilingual tour guide providing detailed tours of the Museum's collections- Teaching art classes to the local blind community - Teaching art classes to school children
