Through Coaching and other strategies Lucy works with individuals to face the challenge and complexities within organisations, unlocking abilities to improve performance and sometimes unpick particular difficulties occurring or even reoccurring in work. Through structured enquiry and precise feedback she facilities participants to find their own pathways to success. Lucy is skilled at working with the individual’s needs and the reality of the organisation within which they work, bringing a unique combination of public sector experience and behavioural knowledge and expertise. She provides a safe place for people to see what might be going on for them and create understanding. It is through this understanding that she is able to help participants open up future possibilities. Lucy has worked with a number of organisations including Waitrose, Bedfordshire County Council, Cambridgeshire County Council, Chelmsford Borough Council, Cambridgeshire Mental Health NHS Trust, NW Leicester District Council, Cambridgeshire Primary Care NHS Trust, Age Concern and Her Majesty’s Court Service – London Region. Lucy is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and is an Accredited NLP Trainer (NLP Professional Guild). Lucy is a practicing coach (Coaching Master) and is Accredited by the Associaion for Coaching. She regularly keeps up to date with advances in thinking in this field. She also has a degree in Music. Prior to joining the NHS, Lucy trained as a professional singer and has maintained this interest through continuing to perform.
