My passion is helping individuals and organizations reach their true potential. In my role, I design and deploy development programs and help grow the critical leadership capabilities needed for over 20,000 associates across Wesco Distribution. I began my professional career on the operational sides of Fortune 500-100 companies, and my work within large and complicated environments led me to understand the importance of organizational development. This led me to pursue a career in the human capital space, where I've held a variety of roles focused on maximizing the potential of leaders while embedding coaching as a tool for enterprise development.At my most recent role before transitioning to Wesco, I spent 5 years at Walmart. As a professional certified coach, I re-engineered the company's enterprise coaching strategy to align with strategic development objectives and laid regenerative approaches for coaching by educating HR Business Partners as certified professional coaches – all of which well position me to join Wesco as it builds, powers, connects, and protects our world.
