I served two primary roles in this position: Traffic Manager for KBIA 91.3 and Special Events Coordinator for the University Concert Series. My main tasks included managing billing, a/r, and scheduling for all underwriters and sponsors, coordinating donor receptions and other special events, and assisting the sales staff in a variety of tasks.

As a GTA, I was responsible for one 3-hour section of Composition I per semester, including creating lesson plans and grading all work. I also worked with graduate and undergraduate students in the University Writing Center to edit papers and improve writing skills.

My primary responsibilities in this position were fielding all incoming phone calls, performing administrative tasks to help the Business Manager with fiscal responsibilities, and assisting the Membership Coordinator with database maintenance and pledge preparation and clean-up. Additionally, I provided backstage hospitality for the University Concert Series.
