Operations Manager
Current• Oversee data and infrastructure migrations, resulting in a seamless transition for 4 departments, 9 years of historical data, and all major databases.• Develop and document all standardized procedures for employee hiring and onboarding, resulting in a streamlined process for 80% of new employees across two offices.• Collaborate with 4 other departments, including our parent company, technical teams, external accounting teams, and leadership teams, to align operations with overall business goals.• Leverage monthly data analytics and reporting tools to make informed decisions on technology solutions, office improvements, and human resources practices.• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting professional growth and development while developing and enforcing office policies and procedures for all members of our staff.• Oversee day-to-day office operations including facilities, IT infrastructure, accounting practices, and human resources management for an office of 20 employees, 19 remote employees, and multiple contractors.• Organize company events and manage all logistics and event coordination for annual offsites, quarterly leadership meetings, and monthly in-person and virtual events for over 50 full-time employees, contractors, and visitors.• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations, managing all employee onboarding and orientation, and maintain and update employee records and documentation.• Manages HR processes including talent acquisition, employee record-keeping, and all benefits administration for full-time employees.
