I am a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation with over 1500 client coaching hours. I specialise in helping women and particularly mothers, find happiness, fulfilment, courage and confidence at work.www.lucyhigginscoaching.co.ukPrior to re-training as a Coach I spent 10 years in PR and Employee Communications working in a top 10 London agency then in house at Nestle, Metronet Rail (London Underground) and ITV. I took a career break to look after my two children then for 8 years I helped my husband build a start-up before training in Transformative Coaching in 2018.Since then, I have built my own thriving 1-1 coaching practice offering Zoom sessions globally, walk and talk sessions in my local forest and face to face sessions in my office in Berkhamsted, Herts. I passionately believe our Society does not adequately support women to achieve their potential particularly after having children - so part of my work with clients is to partner with them to clarify their unique way of navigating the systemic barriers to work happiness. My clients are Directors, senior leaders, managers, individual contributors, business owners and stay at home parents, all roles that I have had first hand experience of therefore enabling me to provide a space of genuine empathy and understanding.I’m also proud to work with global Executive Coaching Consultancy, Better Up as a Premier Fellow Coach and specialist Working Parents Coach.
