I work 2 days per week for NoblePro. Within this time I am responsible for management of the brand ambassador team, B2B partnerships, marketing planning and PR. After 18 months in the role I have increased the overall % income from ambassadors from 0.6% to 25.6% of overall sales and have increased tailored, topical content from 4-5 per year to over 50 in the last year. I streamlined the ambassador programme, making sure only those comitted remained in the team, and set up processes to reduce the time, cost and admin burden of running the programme. I introduced B2B partnerships and over the past year initiated 7 new business partnerships, 2 online platform partnerships and 2 new running stores. I managed these partnerships to ensure a growing return. I also manage PR, achieving two double page spreads in Athletics Weekly and mentions in 4 other high profile magazines over the past year.

I am a volunteer coach for Yes Futures; the charity aims to empower young people to believe in themselves.

Home Based

Recruited as a contractor to establish a company in the USA for FMBs, a UK based company specialising in equine therapy products. Researched the equine market in the US, wrote the business strategy and plan and marketing plan for the US operation. Set up the LLC and then sourced marketing materials, storage facilities and a schedule of trade stands to attend. Wrote social media strategy and successfully arranged introductions in 3 years, each resulting in sales.

Home Based

A six month contract with a remit to develop partnerships in the UK for the Hong Kong based on line store. Within the 6 months I achieved contracts with 5 leading multi race organisations, Oxford and Cambridge University Expedition Socieites and a company that organises corporate challenges. This established a marketing reach of 60,000 people. I was also responsible for writing the global social media posts for the store.

I started working in the policy department where I wrote reports and presentations and coordinated research across the Trust. I then became a Quality and Development Manager and was responsible for implementing and maintaining business plans with Franchise Partners to deliver Prince's Trust Volunteer programmes. I then moved to Bath where I was the Youth Development Manager. A member of the SW Executive Team, I held responsibility for the development of a youth strategy, management and development of new programmes in the region and a budget of £140k. I had direct line management of 3 coordinators and indirect line management of 6 others.

Zimbabwe

Designed and facilitated new courses in team working and environmental studies. Marketed the programmes over the country resulting in 20% increase in schools using the courses. Director for 10 camps with overall responsibility for daily operations, staff training and management, programme content and health and safety. Initiated a grant scheme to allow participation of pupils from rural schools. Gave talks in rural areas about parasitology, in particular Bilharzia and Malaria. Returned on 4 consecutive years on a voluntary basis to assist with marketing the courses over the country, developing the course content and teaching.
