I have worked in a wide range of roles across many sectors but the core skills have been Programme and project management, change management and business development, particularly for start up companies. I have worked for charities including The Prince's Trust, Macmillan Cancer Relief and Wateraid and have worked in business development for the TenGroup, Racing the Planet, Equine Therapy International, Enertor, Mott McDonald and ITAD. I have experience working overseas, in particular in the area of youth development. I worked for several years at Sussex Police where I set up the project and programme office and managed a large programme of change. I also worked for the Police Inspectorate at National level evaluating partnership work and researching police approach to specific operational areas such as stalking and harassment, child exploitation and trafficking. Whilst on maternity leave I trained as a Personal Trainer, specialising in runners and equestrians.My interests include music, travel and running. Amongst other running achievements I have won 4 international multi day ultra events including in Namibia, the Himalayas, the Gobi Desert and Hungary.
