My key responsibilities include:- - Lead a multi-sited team of 3 (2 x L&D Partners, 1 x Co-ordinator) who have responsibility for consultancy, design and delivery for 1200 employees across the UK - Work collaboratively with other Heads of L&D across AXA UK to devise and deliver the Talent Leadership & Development strategy for AXA UK - Identify key strategic priorities and ensure learning and development proposition aligns to ensure development is targeted to meet priority areas. - Coach managers and senior leaders to executive level. - Ensure key learning events and projects are delivered on time and on budget - Provide a range of learning solutions for all employees across PD&P, including an induction programme, making use of blended learning approaches - Provide reporting on key L&D activity and outcomes for stakeholders including HR Director, Senior HR Business Partners and business leaders - Oversee delivery of talent events and programmes across AXA PD&P to meet talent strategy across business and the UK - Work with UK L&D Team to ensure delivery of a UK wide management development programme across UK - Support development and delivery of AXA UK talent programmes for developing, emerging and senior future leaders for PD&P - Implementation of AXA Group initiatives inD&P including digital reverse mentoring programme.
