I am an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry supporting MATs, Academies, Schools and businesses. Skilled in HR Consulting, Coaching, HR Absence Software, Conflict Resolution, Contracts Admin and Payroll and HR policies, I have worked on a variety of projects from restructures to policy alignment across a Trust. As part of the Fusion team, I am passionate about providing proactive HR Consultancy. This can include advice on terms and conditions, disciplinary action and grievance, Absence Management, Performance Management, TUPE support, Investigations, Contracts Administration, Occupational Health services, Employee Assistance Programme and Tribunal Representation. We pride ourselves on being approachable, providing a personalised service with a dedicated account manager. We also assign a MAT Integration Project Manager to work with Trusts during the first three months of any project. We help schools and Trusts to manage their people effectively and become part of their team. We put the child at the heart of our service, using our extensive education-sector experience to support our clients to find the best outcomes for the children. As a group, we support over 1100 schools and Trusts across the UK. We are seen as a leading name in education software and are an accredited partner of ESS Education Software Solutions. We also run Leeds School Managers Forum, NAMAT National Association of Multi-Academy Trusts and contribute to DfE Network Leaders meetings. We are regular speakers at school leader forums and events and sponsor training for School Business Managers through ABBLed. Our HR Software is helping schools and Trusts to save thousands and reinvest this in much needed resources.
