Faculty is an artificial intelligence start-up that doubled in size to 100 people during my time with them. I built the people capability from the ground up: developing the people strategy in collaboration with the founders, partnering with team leaders on people issues and delivering core people processes such as recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews.

Completed a 2 year rotational consulting graduate scheme supporting HR and Technology change programmes for both clients and EY.Key achievements inculde:Led a series of workshops with key senior stakeholders at a UK retail bank to sign off the testing strategy for technology transformation project.Collaborated with stakeholders of major Welsh insurance company to ensure we accurately captured their businesses processes so their people found the technology intuitive to use.Project managed the implemented HR project to clarify career path for Senior Managers across 14 countries in Europe resulting in improved engagement and retention.Project managed the delivery of 500 business acceptance test cases in a month which were developed by various teams including an offshore team in India.

Hired to work independently to grow an innovative start up charity in line with the CEO’s vision.Key achievements inculde:Managed group of 21 volunteers at Paddington station for 3 days as part of the first ever London wide coat collection campaign for homeless people. Project managed logistics for coat collection campaign to collect coats from 50 locations and distribute to 100 charities across London on a budget of £2,000.Developed relationships with 5 charities allowing us to offer new flexible volunteering opportunities across London.
