I am a key member of the Administration team at Hilson Moran. I spend my days liaising with engineer to get projects completed. I create reports, project specifications and schedules as well as formatting all documents and proofreading/quality checking documents before they get sent out externally. Using BlueBeam Revu to add signature boxes to PDF documents. I assist the accounts team with the monthly invoices; this includes: setting up the invoices, sending them to the PD's and MD's for checking, making any ammendments, then sending them out externally.Assisting with the recruitment department by booking in interviews and meetings for the directors with new candidates - liaising with the candidates and agencies. Managing the diaries of the directors to ensure they can attend. Liaising with universities to book onto careers fairs.In my own time, I have created two large documents that are designed to take any newcomers in my role through the role step by step. They have been created in word and exported into a PDF and can be shared around the company. I am looking to expand and make ones for various roles. I can share these with anyone who wants to take a look at them.

Running front of house at Beaumont Business Centre based in Bank. I was first point of contact for clients and customers entering the building as well as being in charge of creating access cards for new clients and being the first person to come to when clients wanted to book meeting rooms.

I ran a team of 10 staff. Managed shifts. Performed stock takes and put in new orders for more stock. Completed audits. Ran the social media accounts, gaining 1,000 followers and creating an interactive social media network. Ran event days including setting up the pub Fifa Tournament. Was being trained as an assistant manager.

This was a 2 month work experience placement.
