A key contributor to a new E-Commerce training program for all Bookstore staff members including spearheading the development of a Confluence knowledge base, troubleshooting guides and communications templates.2. Worked to rapidly transition UBC Bookstore to e-commerce in response to Covid-19. Within three months, I published an additional 1500 products to the e-commerce site, contributing to a 354% increase in online sales. E-commerce now accounts for 50% of all Bookstore sales.
