I am an enthusiastic and strategically minded HR professional focussed on HR process improvement projects. I enjoy taking an evidence based approach to continuous improvement and digitisation whilst keeping employee experience at the heart of what I do. I pride myself on my ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.I found my passion for HR during my degree (BSc Psychology with Business and Management) when I was exposed to Occupational Psychology theories and concepts. I am passionate about pursuing professional development opportunities where I can. I successfully took on my APM PFQ exam in January 2024 and I am also actively working towards my CIPD L5 qualification to provide myself with a more generalist HR foundation. I have ambitions to work in HR project management roles as my career and experience develops.I volunteer with the Careers and Enterprise Company as an Enterprise Advisor at my partnered school, providing strategic guidance on their careers provision, as well as actively providing opportunities for the students to have exposure to railway career insights and employability/non-technical skill building workshops.
