**Management of the anti-doping testing programme for the Football Association (FA). The role includes client relationship management, test planning and monitoring, budget forecasting, invoicing and attending missions. **Liaising with anti-doping organisations worldwide to coordinate the testing of UK athletes internationally, and of international athletes when in the UK training or competing. **Development and implementation of the Arrival and Departure and Games Time Travel to Work Transport Plan for doping control personnel working at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

• Management of all transport operations at the Olympic Village for the 60 day Games. Responsible for swift issue resolution, staff and volunteer on the ground training and management, liaising with all Village managers and daily reporting to senior transport management.• Management of ingress and egress of 80 IPPs, including high ranking politicians and Royalty, working closely with Met. Police and foreign security services. • Planning and implementation of the Village Transport Operational Plan; including Fleet Services, Bus Systems and the Internal Village Bus Service for the 17,500 residents, IPPs and Olympic Family. • Lead the development of the Arrivals and Departure Plan for the Village Welcome Centre – where all athletes and team officials check in; working closely with Logistics and Arrivals & Departures to combat the challenges that the compact site provides. • Planning and delivery of the Olympic Village Commissioning Event transport operation. (750 guests – VIP, media and stakeholders) • Workforce planning, scheduling, rostering and training for a blend of approximately 250 paid staff, contractors and volunteers. Developed a volunteer retention programme. Day to day management and training of four DVTMs.• Developed and lead presenter of the interactive Games time training for the 5000 transport volunteer workforce. • Coordination of the transport operations for the London Prepares Test Event Series. • Venue Bus Group Leader and Deputy Venue Transport Manager at ten test events; including training and management of 60 volunteers, production of volunteer literature and provision of athlete and public transport systems. • Lead facilitator of informative and illuminating tours of the Olympic Park and Village for over 7500 people including BOA targeted Team VISA potential donors, VIP’s, Olympians and children.

Team GB Lodge Hospitality Organiser, British Olympic Association Management of the hospitality at this athlete focused NOC venue for the duration of both the Athens and Beijing Olympic Games. **Selection, management and motivation of twenty volunteers. Instigated all volunteer routines, team meetings and team building events. Resolved volunteer issues enabling good retention. **Assisted athletes, families, friends and support staff with all queries and problem solving an enormous variety of issues, sometimes under immense confidentiality and pressure. **Sourced all provisions and negotiated with five suppliers between a 10% to 100% discount. Successfully maintained stocks for the duration of the Games within set targets. **Managed tours of the facility for visitors, including VIPS and LOCOG guests. Hosted two Olympic Village visits for Lodge volunteers.
