Day to day management and training of four DVTMs.• Developed and lead presenter of the interactive Games time training for the 5000 transport volunteer workforce. • Coordination of the transport operations for the London Prepares Test Event Series. • Venue Bus Group Leader and Deputy Venue Transport Manager at ten test events; including training and management of 60 volunteers, production of volunteer literature and provision of athlete and public transport systems. • Lead facilitator of informative and illuminating tours of the Olympic Park and Village for over 7500 people including BOA targeted Team VISA potential donors, VIP’s, Olympians and children.
