• Analysed building capacity to increase occupation by 500 desks/ 1250 people - contributing £5m pa savings
• Designed communications to prepare 6,500 staff for the moves and the change in working practices
• Key member of the Change Management team who together designed and delivered 260 workshops over a period of 6 months
