I am a DEIB Specialist & HR Business Partner. With over four years of experience in developing and executing DEIB strategies and programs, I am passionate about fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging culture that aligns with the company's core values and business objectives.In my current role, I spearhead the planning and logistics of employee experience programs, DEIB trainings, and social responsibility partnerships, as well as create and publish a weekly internal newsletter that showcases employee stories, celebrates cultural awareness months, and provides engaging learning and development offerings. I also collaborate with senior HR partners to facilitate trainings and advise on DEIB best practices. Previously, I worked as a DEI Specialist and Program Manager at Insider Intelligence, where I built out and executed on an ERG strategy, created the "Industry Speaker Series", and co-chaired the Inclusion Council. Through these roles, I have honed my skills in public speaking, facilitating events, communications, and data analysis.
