Her clients also include C-level executives, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and investors.Lucy advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries on the administration of trusts and decedents' estates, probate, and pre- and post-mortem planning. She also assists clients with premarital and pre- and post-divorce planning, asset protection, and international tax planning. Lucy works with individuals and tax-exempt organizations to address a range of tax issues affecting charitable giving and the formation and administration of public charities, private foundations, and donor-advised funds.For a number of years Lucy was an adjunct professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law in the Graduate Program in Taxation, teaching Estate Planning as well as Federal Transfer Taxes. Lucy serves on the board of the Goodman Theatre in Chicago (as well as on its Spotlight Society Advisory Council). She is a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council.
