- Founded and led VC-backed workspace furniture and ecommerce company- Project & Financial Management: Managed Perch’s overall P&L, forecasting model and finance team. - Product Development & Supply Chain: Developed innovative hardwood flatpack desk, coordinating designers, mechanical engineer and Nicaraguan factory. Established and managed international supply chain sourcing of 130 workspace products from over 30 suppliers in 9 countries, and the development of inventory management, warehousing and fulfillment processes to ship them to customers.- Investor Client Relations: Raised $1.5M in funding from VCs and a group of angel investors (including Adam Levine, Scott Belsky and the founders of Venmo, Casper, Bonobos and Bustle)- Hiring & Management: Built and led a high performing cross-functional team, and implemented weekly one-on-ones with direct reports, team community events, and rigorous weekly business KPI review and quarterly planning and OKR process
