As part of my experiential internship with enFocus, I created and implemented a sustainable filing system, in both digital and hard copy format, for internal office operations; audited the South Bend Community School Corporation websites to enhance the marketability of the district to potential students, as well as enhance the communication between the district and its students by designing and editing relevant website content; assisted a local non-profit by creating tutorials on Google Apps for Non-Profits, so the organization can better serve and communicate with its clients.

I worked with the Administrative Assistant to the departments of Humanistic Studies, Philosophy, and religious Studies. Daily tasks included scanning and copying articles/books, recording grades for various professors, receiving mail, and assisting in any capacity necessary.

As an employee of an independent bookstore, I understand the importance of the customer. I spend time taking inventory, managing book shipments, and organizing the store to better serve the local community.
