Working with FiveCurrents I joined the Headline Talent team responsible for looking after the 13 world famous artists appearing in the EXPO Opening Ceremony on the 30th September 2021, a world-class live event.Roles include: Management of the individual artist's rider requirements, communication with agents to ensure all requirements are captured for artists and entourage. Liaising with the creative and technical departments - specifically Operations, Music, and Costume over logistical, musical, and artistic requirements for headline talent. Assisting with the development of the implementation plan in respect to HLT milestones and reporting progress on milestones. The development of schedules, tracking spending costs, providing support to the HLT Producer and more. In the event of any emergency or Covid-19 outbreak, I am also the back up for the HLT Producer.

Lucy created and produced the Helicon XR Studio for Blockchain World, Abu Dhabi. 18 episodes over three days were filmed under our management and have hit over 7 million views on YouTube. The XR studio won the award for the ‘Best Use of New Technology’ at an event at the Middle East Special Event Awards 2022.
