I have worked with women and adolescent girls through a program called Youth First Kenya organizing workshops and school curriculum on health issues, building resilience and hygiene. I was in charge of 50 graduate volunteers in two counties who successfully went through volunteer program and got employed or were empowered to be entrepreneurs through mentorship programs I organized with the help of partners and stakeholders to the program. I have practical experience in project planning, implementing project interventions, budgeting, report writing, proposal writing, documentation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation, linkage negotiation, coordination, facilitating meetings, seminars, workshops and campaigns, data collection through surveys, observations, social media, interviews, focus groups, odk and data analysis via sql and tableau. My communication skills will also come in handy as I am comfortable making presentations to large groups of people while demonstrating integrity and understanding during interactions with the public.Circles of interest include non governmental organizations and international organizations.To me greatness and success in a nutshell not in possession or position, but in service and impact; and that is what defines leadership.
