As the WEE Manager, I am primarily responsible for planning, implementation, and oversight of all projects within the WEE portfolio including identifying and overcoming gender inclusion barriers in financial investment opportunities and programming in Kenya. I also build the capacity of staff to effectively integrate a gender lens into activities.

As a Gender Specialist attached to the MSME Project, I address existing and emerging gender related matters during the implementation of the initiative, act as a key resource person in stakeholder engagement platforms, provide technical guidance for gender mainstreaming & integration during the implementation of the project towards SMEs recovery.
