The Sr Director Chapter Operations works in partnership with regional managers and chapter development consultants to provide effective chapter management; including public relations, educational programming, administrative operations, and recruitment/retention matters. -Continually identifies a healthy benchmark that all collegiate chapters should be operating at. -Review action plans specific to chapters provided by the regional directors and new chapter development coordinator to ensure they align with the healthy chapter initiative. -Assist in the development and support to highly struggling chapters that have been identified through consultation with regional directors and the assessment process. -Provide direct support to the chapter development coordinator in all areas of new chapter development. -Identify programming needs and opportunities for the Fraternity and share suggestions with The Center. -Assesses all reports submitted by collegiate chapters to determine specific areas for growth and development. -Pull reports related to all areas of operations and analyze trends. -Assign and supervise recruitment specialists for chapter that the regional directors have indicated they need specialized support. -Assess chapter’s formal and informal recruitment reports, determining areas for specialized assistance and/or change as necessary. -Track retention of new members from bid day through initiation. -Support the recruitment volunteers by providing data analysis. -Provide continued education and support to all CDOs and CCCOs about recruitment basics. (Campus Total, Quota and RFM) -Collaborate with team members in identify programmatic needs that may need to be tailored or developed as related to all areas of recruitment based off identified trends. -Supervise five regional managers who oversee all chapter operations in their respective regions.

Provide general programming and officer development guidance for all 19 chapters at Washington University in the areas of risk management, social events, philanthropy/service efforts, academics and new member programming. I also oversee the 8 inter/national sororities on campus as well advise as the Women's Panhellenic Association and Order of Omega. In addition to my work with Greek organizations, I also co-program our Women's Leadership Experience and assist with our larger Leadership Initiative at Wash U.

Assisted students and parents with questions about financial aid options in addition to processing financial aid requests.
