Sr Director Of Chapter Operations
CurrentThe Sr Director Chapter Operations works in partnership with regional managers and chapter development consultants to provide effective chapter management; including public relations, educational programming, administrative operations, and recruitment/retention matters. -Continually identifies a healthy benchmark that all collegiate chapters should be operating at. -Review action plans specific to chapters provided by the regional directors and new chapter development coordinator to ensure they align with the healthy chapter initiative. -Assist in the development and support to highly struggling chapters that have been identified through consultation with regional directors and the assessment process. -Provide direct support to the chapter development coordinator in all areas of new chapter development. -Identify programming needs and opportunities for the Fraternity and share suggestions with The Center. -Assesses all reports submitted by collegiate chapters to determine specific areas for growth and development. -Pull reports related to all areas of operations and analyze trends. -Assign and supervise recruitment specialists for chapter that the regional directors have indicated they need specialized support. -Assess chapter’s formal and informal recruitment reports, determining areas for specialized assistance and/or change as necessary. -Track retention of new members from bid day through initiation. -Support the recruitment volunteers by providing data analysis. -Provide continued education and support to all CDOs and CCCOs about recruitment basics. (Campus Total, Quota and RFM) -Collaborate with team members in identify programmatic needs that may need to be tailored or developed as related to all areas of recruitment based off identified trends. -Supervise five regional managers who oversee all chapter operations in their respective regions.
