While performing these duties worked to streamline Finance department activities to better support organization. Implemented new accounting software and Chart of Accounts: transitioned from Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains to QuickBooks. Reduced redundant reporting and fully utilizing Accounting system, thus eliminating off-line reporting where possible. Negotiated with states of AL and GA to identify best location and price for facility. Spearheaded all build out activities.
