During this time, I managed ventures across Energy, Agriculture, Health, Microfinance and Nutrition.Specifically I was involved in Senior leading 7 team leaders across four different projects in Fiji, facilitating the initial revenue generation for the Hidden Hunger project in Malawi and Group Leading the two largest groups of students to ever operate in Fiji and Malawi.

This includes coordinating venture development, financials, logistics, crisis management, conflict management, counselling, administration, managing Project partners, ensuring Project and Program sustainability and impact, and recruitment for Leadership.Specifically, I have been involved in team leading two social ventures focusing on addressing food security in Fiji and Malawi. FarmEd tackles access to agricultural expertise and increasing economic opportunities and food security through tech enabled agricultural advice. FarmEd aims to optimise agricultural practice and the supply chain through market analysis and local consultation.

Working for the NSW Electoral Commission during the 2015 NSW State election, I was part of a team that ensure a successful voting station in the Blue Mountains District. Over 4 consecutive weeks the work involved maintaining official polling processes throughout the day, assisting in the count of votes on election day, directing voters on how to vote out of their electorate and inputing District voting data into Microsoft Excel.
