I quickly found my passion for talent development having started my career in 1997 on the graduate development programme for ‘P&G Pharmaceuticals’ moving through sales, marketing and HR Functions. I went on to co-found four successful businesses, have been instrumental in the success of several not-for-profit organisations and act as a non-executive director for two thriving healthcare businesses. In 2021, having sold and exited my other businesses, I joined forces with my co-founders to build The Game Changer Collective. At The Game Changer Collective, certified by WeConnect International as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), we do things differently.
