About Lucy O.

Product and Industrial designer with 15 years experience in leading, designing and delivering products within agile focused teams for startups and enterprise companies. I'm passionate about solving complex problems through human centered design thinking. I aim to build products that succeed in their business context by connecting business objectives and user needs to create delightful experiences.I have been running my own design & development agency since 2013, where I’ve been able to work on a wide range of disciplines from user experience design, visual design and branding, to front end development. I rely on a user-centered design approach to build brands and products that engage.Most recently, I have worked as a UX/UI designer for a fintech startup, where I was responsible for designing the end-to-end user journey experience and helping to manage the overall development of the platform, working closely with all of the key stakeholders and developers. I helped to launch an MVP to market – a hybrid mobile app and platform, significantly reducing development costs and time, giving the team flexibility to add functionality. The app currently has 4.8 stars on both the AppStore and Google Play.
