With over 9 years of work experience in the health care sector, I am a passionate and dedicated clinical researcher with a mission to improve the quality of life and well-being of patients with chronic conditions. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications and Public Relations, a partial completion of Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy, and a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training certificate from the Interdependence Project. My most recent role includes working as a Research Associate at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where I was part of a team that conducts an observational study on sudden cardiac death in patients with stable coronary artery disease. In this role, I was responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing medical records, as well as communicating with patients, clinicians, sites and investigators. I use my organization, communication, and data analysis skills to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the research data. I also apply my mindfulness meditation training to help patients cope with stress, anxiety, and pain, and to enhance their self-awareness and emotional regulation. I am proud to contribute to this important and innovative research project that aims to identify the risk factors and preventive strategies for sudden cardiac death.
