I have 17 years' experience leading projects that impact positively on social mobility, children's mental health, confidence and wellbeing. In my current role I'm proud to have built a strong events team, with clear policies and wellbeing strategies to allow best performance. I have exceeded results, in line with Leeds Trinity's ambitious strategy, when engaging with partner schools and colleges; on national projects, for example I am the founder of Leeds Trinity's first contextualised admissions scheme, delivering impressive application to enrol results in comparison to non-attendees; led projects with the Children's University, and government initiatives to widen participation and improve outcomes, being invited to speak at conferences about my achievements; and produced a programme to engage stakeholders and partners in our service.
