As a counselor and sailing instructor at Camp Don Lee, I led campers and staff in a residential camp setting. I developed a collaborative, adaptable, and communicative environment to foster individual and group growth. I created and implemented a variety of programming to educate and guide campers ages 5 to 18. I acted as a mentor for staff members in training. Finally, I organized and led multi-day trips throughout the coast of North Carolina.
