VOICEOVERS (ongoing)Since 1998, I have also developed a very successful career as a Voiceover Artist.I spent 5 years as the voice of Channel 5, 2 years as the Channel Voice of ITV1/ITV2, 3 years as the Voice of the Biography Channel and Sci-fi Channel and 2 years as the Voice of Challenge TV. Most of these positions were live and self-scripted. At the same time, I was a regular Promo Voice across the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 , Sky and Living TV, voicing the ad campaigns for several years’ Brit Awards, BBC’s Talking Heads, Rob Brydon’s Marion and Geoff, the MTV Music Awards as well as being a regular promo voice for Eastenders.Whilst in Australia, I mastered the art of using a more neutralralised /transatlantic accent, becoming the voice of McDonald's 'McCafe' whilst simultaneously a regular station voice on Sydney's top radio stations, 2Day FM and Nova FM.TV PresentingFor 14 years I worked internationally as a TV presenter and voiceover artist. I started out as a reporter on Channel 5's top magazine show, 'The Wright Stuff'. I was also a weather presenter on Channel 5's News, then went on to present various short-form travel pieces on the Discovery Channel, the World Ten Pin Bowling Championships on Sky Sports, was a presenter on Bid-up TV, AVAGO games channel and have extensive experience presenting advertorials on terrestrial television. Passionate about the outdoors, I moved to Sydney, Australia, where I spent 7 years. A newcomer to Australasian soil, within just months I had secured myself a regular weekly slot on Primetime National Television, becoming one of the main advertorial presenters on Australia's top daytime chat shows, Channel 9's Kerri-Ann Show and Channel 10's The Circle. At the same time as working in television, I worked (and continue to work) as a professional pianist/jazz singer. Whilst Australia-based I performed at Sydney's 5 star hotels, piano bars and for the Sydney Opera House’s Restaurant Functions.

My small screen career included presenting and voicing on numerous TV channels from Direct Sales on Australia’s No.1 Teleshopping Channel, TVSN, to being the key advertorial presenter across Terrestrial Channel Morning Talk shows throughout Australia. My role entailed researching and scripting each new product, then presenting and demonstrating products live on air in 4-minute advertorials. BDA Creative is a production company that produces commercial, promotional and short film documentaries. Dunlop Woods was responsible for the branding and launch of Channel 5. Dunlop Woods were taken over by BDA Creative in around 2002. As a successful professional Voiceover Artist and TV presenter with wide connections across the media industry, I was responsible for finding new business production opportunities across the BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and Five, Sky TV and Flextech Television.Responsible for sustaining relations with channel production managers and sourcing promo, interstitial, programming and commercial production opportunities for BDA.This led to me also developing programming ideas/concepts and assistant producing short-form documentaries internationally in Venice, Southern Italy and France.
