Responsibilities:• Assess and process outbound exchange applications in accordance with University guidelines and policies• Manage all short-term exchange and Study Abroad programs through the Sydney Global Mobility office• Liaise with Faculties/Schools regularly • Advise prospective students on outbound exchange opportunities• Provide academic and pastoral care to outbound exchange students• Develop and deliver presentations and promotional material on exchange opportunities, and represent Sydney Global Mobility at events• Promote all outbound mobility programs to students through targeted EDM campaigns• Work with partner institutions and external companies to increase and diversify the type of opportunities for students to participate in• Increase the number of students participating in all outbound mobility programs• Establish a process to engage the use of Third Party Providers for the delivery of short-term mobility programs at the University of Sydney• Work closely with Faculty/Schools to negotiate a standard baseline of service requirements with these providers• Develop selection criteria and business process to evaluate future engagement with Third Party Providers who approach Sydney Global Mobility offering Short Term Mobility Programs• Work with our Agreements Coordinator to develop an overarching agreement and process to ensure Third Party Providers are vetted by University process and ratified by the Office of the DVC (Registrar)• Work closely with Faculties/Schools to develop and look for new short-term program possibilities Show less
