I lead on, develop and manage the communication activities across the organisation including: maintaining and developing the organisation’s website and social media accounts; producing engaging content for social media and the website; analysing and producing reports on the impact of our communications activities to senior management and the Board using Google Analytics and CIVI CRM; designing PR materials such as newsletters, flyers, banners and posters using Adobe products plus online solutions such as Canva and Piktochart; keeping abreast of new developments in the world of digital and social media in order to advise on and encourage digital transformation across the voluntary sector; developing and delivering communication plans on events and other organisation activities; identifying and developing new functionality for the organisation’s website and testing its usability with members and providing wide-ranging communication support to the Head of Public Affairs, Head of Member Engagement and Head of Strategic Engagement.In addition I am also responsible for managing and maintaining the client relationship management system, dealing with all enquiries received digitally and being the point of contact for all IT issues - we outsource our IT department and I lead on the implementation of all IT solutions.
