I manage the development and marketing efforts of the Clear Creek County Library District. This includes all grant applications and reporting, fundraising, the solicitation of in-kind donations, and serving as the staff liaison with our Friends groups, our primary fundraising arms. I oversee all our print and digital marketing materials, including signage, social media, website, newsletters, and video creation. Additionally, I oversee our print collection and purchase physical items for our collection.

I managed P.E.O. International's digital communications, including content for its social media platforms and its public and member websites, videos, and other digital projects. I also wrote a column for each issue of our bimonthly magazine.

Assisted with the publication of Whitaker's Almanack, a prestigious annual reference book in the United Kingdom. Tasks included copy-editing, structural editing, proofreading, fact-checking, content management, and policy research.

Grinnell, Iowa

- Wrote and coordinated grant applications for the City of Grinnell, including a successful $500,000 Downtown Revitalization Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the initial stages of a successful application to the Iowa Great Places program. - Coordinated a three-day community visioning process, allowing over 10 civic organizations and more than 300 residents to voice their opinions and ideas in relation to several community issues, resulting in a community plan that has been used to guide several city-funded projects. - Interacted regularly with city council members, architects and developers, Grinnell College staff, and local residents.- Assisted the city manager as needed on various projects.

- Assisted with the foundation's fundraising efforts, including letter writing, personal visits, and event planning.- Evaluated survey data and wrote copy for the Build a Better Grinnell Survey Report. - Wrote copy for and redesigned the foundation's annual report. - Implemented Tiger Packs, a program that provides worthy Grinnell-Newburg students with weekend food bags; the pilot program of 12 students now serves more than 100 students. - Created mass emails and quarterly newsletters to be sent to donors and supporters of the foundation and the foundations's 9 non-profit partners.
