Jennifer (Lucy) Wiggins practices in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, complex civil litigation, and land use and zoning. She also provides counsel to government agencies in connection with real estate and property issues, as well as regulatory drafting and guidance.Ms. Wiggins’ litigation practice focuses on complex real estate matters. She has substantial experience representing the government in eminent domain and condemnation litigation, as well as representing private clients in inverse condemnation lawsuits. Ms. Wiggins has also represented commercial real estate developers and other property owners in a wide variety of litigation matters, including estates and trusts disputes.Ms. Wiggins’ land use and zoning practice involves representing clients in connection with entitlements and approvals, rezonings, conditional uses, variances, and master plans.Prior to joining Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC, Ms. Wiggins practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Washington, D.C.. Her prior experience includes representing clients in complex cases involving contract disputes, real property issues, and environmental law. Ms. Wiggins also previously clerked for Judge Lawrence J. Block at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
