With 19 years' experience of working in the food industry. I started as a Concept Technologist at Bakkavor before moving on to work as a Product Developer for leading retailers such as Marks and Spencer and Sainsbury's, as well as starting my own, first to market, chilled free from dessert business ‘Pudology’.Today, I’m passionate about helping and working with early-stage Food & Drink businesses, providing guidance on all aspects of product development, food safety, compliance, and general support through the challenges of concept to launch.
